Kami menginap untuk 3 orang dan ditempatkan di lantai Kamarnya agak bau pesing, ramah dan tenang karena dekat sungai, tapi saya tidak berencana untuk mengunjunginya lagi.

The staff is wonderful, the problem with the air conditioner was quickly resolved, and the pool is fantastic. The fridge and freezer are functional, although not all of them in other locations do. The bed was fine, but the sheets kept sliding down and there was a topper on it. Breakfast was quite adequate, there was no buffet available because it was the offseason, but a lovely young lady prepared us a fresh breakfast every day. There are many restaurants, a pharmacy, a minimarket, etc. Would return. On such hot days, the pool was a delight. The old city area is a bit of a hike, but you can ride a bicycle there.

The rooms are very nice. The service is also good. However, the location is a bit interior which makes it scary at night. The street is very narrow. Apart from that, everything is good.

Hotel yang bagus di tepi sungai, agak jauh dari pusat kota, tetapi karena itu lebih tenang daripada turistik pusat kota, staf sangat memperhatikan pelanggan, sangat tersenyum dan ramah. Sarapannya enak dan berlimpah.

This place is a peaceful place. The view is beautiful with a swimming pool and river in front of the hotel. The facilities are modern. The staff is charming and professional. In short, this is a great place to stay. I will come back next time.

The service at this hotel is excellent! The front desk staff is very helpful, we connected via whatsapp to send messages. The neighboring house had a small shop that sold beer, water, and snacks and was lovely! Its a charming hotel with a beautiful river view.

I appreciated being away from the touristy and crowded Old City, a leisurely 20 to 25minute walk away. The hotel is lovely, wellkept grounds, a small, spotless pool, and lovely rooms with all the necessities like toiletries, hair dryer, slippers, coffee, water, etc. The staff is helpful, and using a translator app is helpful. Breakfast was alright. I was fortunate to secure a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and river.

The owner, mr. Tiung, is an experienced hotelier. He and his staff are attentive and informative. They will give you great tips on local cuisine and attractions, book transportation and give the correct instructions to the drivers so you arrive safely and soundly. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for an idyllic hotel away from the hustle and bustle of busy cities.

The river view room was quite pleasant, and you could enjoy the tranquility. They also offer free bike rentals for exploring the old town and surrounding areas, although it is a bit far from the main lantern action to walk up and down a few times we were unfortunate enough to get caught in the rain as well. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, but they had some trouble communicating in english, so we used application translate to begin with! One last thing is that to avoid going into the kitchens for refills, they should set up a water fountain or something similar near the reception.
