Saya menginap bersama anak saya dan melakukan reservasi melalui aplikasi yang sudah termasuk sarapan, tetapi entah mengapa ternyata tidak termasuk sarapan, jadi saya merasa tidak enak. Sarapan dipesan dan dimakan sehari sebelumnya dengan biaya tambahan. Meskipun orang yang menjalankannya tidak profesional, keluguan dan kebaikan gadis-gadis Vietnam terlihat jelas. Sangat cocok jika Anda merasa seperti mengunjungi rumah saudara di Vietnam. Mereka mengizinkan kami menggunakan dapur dan sarapannya enak. Ada beberapa ketidaknyamanan selama keseluruhan jadwal karena konstruksi di depan akomodasi, tetapi itu bukan masalah bagi akomodasi itu sendiri, jadi saya melewatkannya juga. Terima kasih kepada dua operator yang ramah.

I heartily endorse it! I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and i must tell you all about it! You could tell the room had been meticulously designed and was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. The atmosphere was also quite laidback, making it the ideal haven away from the bustle of the city. The nicest part, though? We didnt have to deal with any noise because it was situated on a quiet street. The personnel were also outstandingthey were all incredibly kind and laidback. We arrived a little too early and wanted to leave our bags before the room was ready. However, instead of turning us away, they apologized for not having the room ready yet, and even offered us an upgrade! Is it unbelievable? We were made to feel so welcomed and cared for. Overall, this is the place for you if youre looking for a laidback, tranquil hotel with excellent service and a spotless, wellequipped room.

This small family hotel was absolutely lovely. The family went above and beyond to assist at every turn, and daughter in the family spoke perfect english, so it wasnt a problem. Breakfast was basic, but omelettes are delicious. I gave the highest recommendation.

The rooms are clean and spacious, bikes are available to get into town, and the hotel offers laundry service. The pool is a great refreshing dip on a hot day. Tran and her family are friendly and make you feel at home. Great place for a family to stay!.

This place is truly exceptional, and i would definitely choose to stay here again. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the breakfast offerings offer both local and continental options. I particularly appreciated the complimentary access to the bikes, with town only a 5minute cycle away, and the beaches just a 20-30 minute walk away, surrounded by picturesque rice fields. Thank you for a memorable stay!.

I strongly recommend this establishment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the location was pretty good, and there were free bikes to rent! They also arranged rides to da nang and other locations, which was more affordable than grab or taxis.

The staff here are amazing, and the room is very clean. Free bicycle use is available, and its a bit outside of the town center, making it nice and quiet. But its close enough to get anywhere, about a 5minute bike ride down the road.

We had a great time staying at the zen hoian villa, which is in a lovely location just outside the old town, making it reasonably priced, and with the town center conveniently accessible on foot. The entire team was very friendly and eager to answer any questions we had. There are free bikes available for use, which are helpful when arriving in hoi an and moving around quickly. The pool was perfect for relaxing around and we would return on a visit to hoi an.

The hotel was really nice, the staff is friendly (although they don't speak much English), breakfast is not a buffer but a la carte (which I didn't like much), but the food is tasty. It is a bit retired from the main street, which is a big plus because the surroundings are so calm and you don't hear any noise at all. Room was very spacious and clean, with high ceilings and big comfy beds. Definitely recommended!
