Pre-Departure Health Screening Program Information

Starting from November 14, 2022, Malaysia Airlines (MH) will discontinue the Health Quarantine Program for China Flights with immediate effect.

Refund:

Refunds for Malaysia Airlines are generally determined according to normal airline regulations. However, for the following conditions a refund will be issued in the form of an EMD / Travel Voucher:

It is non-transferable and only the passenger's name printed on the ticket may use the ticket

Open Ticket:

The conditions for submitting an Open Ticket are as follows:

Tickets are not transferable and only passengers listed in the tickets can use them.

Reschedule

The following are rescheduling provisions from Malaysia Airlines:

Reschedule fee will be waived
If the price of a new ticket is greater than the old ticket, the fare difference will be paid by the passenger. If the price of a new ticket is lower than the old ticket, then the fare difference will not be given to the passenger.
