Based on the Ministry of Transportation's Circular Letter Number 62 of 2021, passengers must follow these regulations when reserving a ticket.

• Every Indonesian citizen (WNI) passenger must input their Citizenship Identification Number (NIK) when booking a flight ticket.
• Passengers of foreign nationality who are traveling within Indonesia must input their passport number when booking a flight ticket.
