2. Select your preferred activity
Select an activity based on your preferred schedule and price.
3. Enter visitor details
Enter the contact and visitor details. Make sure the data you provide is correct.
4. Select To Do 100% Refund
Select the To Do 100% Refund product. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
5. Continue to payment
Choose the payment method and complete the payment before the time runs out.
How to Claim To Do 100% Refund Insurance
1. Choose the activity to refund
Choose the activity you want to refund on the Active Tickets section in the Your Orders page.
2. Choose the refund option
To get the 100% refund, the refund request must be submitted within 24 hours before the visit date.
3. Choose the refund reason
Choose the reason why you want to refund.
4. Confirm and submit the refund request
Check the estimated refund amount and the refund method. Then, click Submit Refund Request and track the refund progress on the Your Orders page.
To Do 100% Refund Insurance Terms & Conditions
- To Do 100% Refund is applicable for ticket cancellations up to the operational hours of the attraction ends during that selected visit day.
- To Do 100% Refund does not apply to online activities, Umrah, Annual Pass Tickets, Kingstown tickets (club, sports, etc.) top-ups, and vouchers (including Covid-19 tests, beauty & fitness, culinary, etc.), subscription/membership packages, transportation tickets, or vehicle rental packages.
- Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
- Only applicable for transactions in Rupiah (IDR).
- Claims can only be made once (one-time claim only).
- Benefits disbursement and premiums are made in Rupiah (IDR) only.
- Not applicable if the insured party has already attended the attraction.
- Not applicable if the insured party has verified their attendance on the attraction ticket.
- Not applicable for rescheduling.
- Refunds are not guaranteed if:
- The insured party commits suicide/attempts suicide or similar acts.
- The insured party is sentenced to death by the court.
- Criminal acts committed by the insured party resulting in a loss.
- Losses arising from mental or psychological disorders, alcohol or drug addiction.
- The insured party is listed on the terrorism and/or blacklist.
- The insured party is suspected/proven to engage in fraudulent activities.
- The customer hereby declares that the use of the funds from the refund process is not related to money laundering activities, financing terrorism, or other illegal or criminal activities. Customers expressly declare that they are fully responsible for any use of the funds.
- The refund process for To Do 100% Refund is subject to the Refund Terms and Conditions.

To Do 100% Refund is insurance that provides coverage for unforeseen inconveniences such as the cancellation of scheduled events or cancellations by the promoter. The cost of insurance premiums depends on the tickets to do that you purchase on tiket.com. The price you pay in the booking form is the price of the To Dos ticket along with the insurance premium which is final.
- Can I add benefits to To Do 100% Refund?
No, the benefits of your To Do 100% Refund are fixed and cannot be added or increased.
- I booked To do tickets on tiket.com but forgot to buy insurance. Can I purchase it separately?
This protection cannot be purchased separately.
- I need to cancel my To Dos tickets. Will I get a refund for my insurance?
To Do 100% Refund can be canceled, but there is no refund for the insurance premium (non-refundable).

- How long does it take to process a claim payment?
Claim payments will be processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days from the date the claim is approved.
