How to reschedule my international flight ticket?
You can change flight schedules through the Smart Reschedule feature which you can do independently through the tiket.com website and apps.
Important information regarding the Smart Reschedule feature:
- Ticket changes will result in the cancellation of the previous flight ticket and the issuance of a new ticket with a new Order ID.
- Additional baggage purchases, seat reservations or food orders on previous ticket reservations are forfeited.
- A fee of 10% of the ticket price will be charged per passenger and per journey, on top of the amount estimated in terms of reschedule.
- Changes that are allowed are the flight date and departure time only.
- Valid for several international airlines.
- This feature only applies to schedule changes for personal reasons. Contact the relevant airline to reschedule, if there is a change or cancellation by the airline to avoid additional fees.
- This feature does not apply to AirAsia international routes.
- If when paying for an order using a currency other than IDR, you can reschedule by contacting the airline directly.
Follows the steps below to reschedule via the Smart Reschedule feature:
1. Login to your tiket.com account.
2. Go to Your Orders menu.
āāā3. Find the order that you want to Reschedule
4. See the details, then select Reschedule menu
5. Read Reschedule Terms & Conditions then tap submit reschedule. You will be redirected to Reschedule page.
6. Select Passenger confirm which passenger is wishing to reschedule and Continue to find new schedule.
7. Search & choose new schedule.
8. Review your new schedule then continue to payment.
The price displayed is the total price you have to pay. If the price of your new flight is cheaper than the previous flight, you can pay with your Reschedule balance and get cashback. If the price of your new flight is the same with the previous flight, you can pay with Reschedule balance.
Reschedule Completed, After the payment is successful, a new e-ticket will be sent to the email and can be seen on the Your Orders page.
