We were a bit unsure after reading some previous reviews but we very pleased when we arrived.The rooms were all spotless and nicely furnished.The staff were so helpful and very pleasant.We also had under cover parking which is a real bonus.The only down side was the stairs as there is no lift.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Broad Beach.

Customer service was wonderful by the new managers downstairs. They were friendly and quick to attend to small services. We were lucky to get a park from a friend however didn’t get a park for the studio suite. Clean, gorgeous unit, spacious balcony, great location to dining and beach.

I have stayed here once before as well and the location is great. The grounds are kept beautiful and I love the spa and pool. The only thing I didnt like was the taps in the bathroom are old and its very hard to regulate the water temp in the shower. The price is very good value, highly recommend.

Nice refreshed apartment recently renovated. Nice area and close to all amenities, bars and restaurants, shopping centres, casino and nightclubs Not far from the beach. Undercover parking. Staff at Reception were helpful and accomodating.

Bra hotell i bra läge och med allt du kan behöva. Välutrustat kök. Balkong där man kan sitta och äta. Tvättmaskin med tvättmedel. Nära stranden och parkering i garage under hotellet. Stannar gärna här igen. poolen är kanske ingen sensation, så den kan man gott vara utan

The resort is convenient and pool is perfect to hang with the family and refresh. Manager is friendly and welcoming. Our room was a bit run down. One chair was ripped but covered with a sheet. Could do with an update. But the property is well priced and perfect for a family or couple who don’t spend much time in their rooms.
