A great place to stay with fantastic views walking distance to Flinders Street station, dining and casino and a reasonable walk to MCG The bed is comfortable and clean ,only thing i would say against is on a windy day you can hear the place creek if your higher up so recommended staying in a lower floor if this would be an issue and first time can be a little tricky getting keys and getting to your room but when you've done it once there's no problem i would recommend staying here

Good property right in the heart of southbank. Easy transport and food options eithin walking distance. Im surprised others giving 1 star rating as my experience was 5 star. The only minor issue is that the facilities are only available for residents eg pool spa common living areas etc, but apart from that everything else was great.

It was exactly what I was expecting, it was very nice, views were beautiful, close to everything you need which means one only has to walk. There was nothing to complain about and was very happy with what I received.

If you're expecting a 5* hotel this is not it. If you want a spacious apartment with kitchen, near to Woolworths Melbourne Square, Southbank, art gallery, Crown, and short walk over bridge to free tram zone, this is it. It is serviced weekly or per stay. The main downside for me was the check-in/out process. The office is off-site so having been dropped off at the recommended spot it was a hassle wrangling cases and baby paraphernalia first to the office and then over the road through a maze of doors to the apartment. The check in guy fortunately took pity on me and helped me to do that, for which I will be eternally grateful. He was also responsive when we needed replacement items like bin bags and detergent. Room cleaners were great. There is actually a driveway where I could have been dropped off but nowhere to leave bags while you go over to the office, if you arrive on your own. Yes there is traffic noise and the wind certainly whips past the windows on such a high building, but the views are amazing.

This apartment offers a complete decked out space, complete with tv facilities, laundry facilities and even sytaying washer and dryer. The bed is comfortable, and the view from the 50th floor is breathtaking. It is conveniently located within walking distance to southbank, trains, trams, cbd, restaurants, etc. Hayman provided excellent explanations of everything.

This place is misleading advertising, you are unable to use the pool or any facilities. You should remove the photo of the swimming pool, why am i being dishonest?.
