The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne.

Comfortable stay with nice facilities. The apartment is walking distance to Queen Victoria market, trams, Central Melbourne Train Station. It is accessible to eateries and supermarkets. A recommendable place to stay

Only problem I had staying here was the elevator? If you are travelling with other people your key won’t allow you to use the elevator to go to a different level? Needs a better system for this reason.

We stayed for 2 nights in the 2BR and 2 bathrooms apartment It’s in good condition though the sink drainage in the bathroom were slow n a little block but otherwise ok Location is great. Utensils sufficient for 4 people with basic pots and pans if needs to cook. There’s a microwave provided The highlights - heated pool, jacuzzi and Sauna

i loved the property it was easy to check into and room was amazing only problem was we weren’t able to use the pool or sauna because it wasn’t available to use which was a big disappointment and we were really loooking forward to using those things

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. We were given a high level, as requested (43rd) and later checkout of 11am. Staff were friendly and catered to our requests. The apartment was located to conveniently to lots of restaurants, that was walking distance. There is some noticeable improvements and maintenance to the room and floor we stayed on. Alot of wear and tear, could use with proper maintenance of paint and up keep. Dishwasher was out of order, but we ate out, so wasnt a big deal. Odd sign on the 2nd bedroom to say if we used it, we would be charged, again not a big deal, we had only expected a 1 bedroom, so had no intentions of using it. Given there is a pool on site, it would have been good if they provide pool towels or provided an extra set of towels, again not a major issue as we just used the dryer. The indoor spa & pool is stunning..however given the cooler weather and time of year, we were disappointed to find it wasnt heated, we booked this over others for the indoor facilities and hoped it would have been heated, in order to use. There are no car parks on site, this was noted in the booking and followed up with an email to provide near by options. We were lucky the rain held off, otherwise it would have been a very wet walk with our luggage to get the car.

Apartment was very dirty, plastic bags over smoke detectors, all walls scuffed and filthy. Have to ask for towels and toilet paper. TV extremely poor quality and unwatchable.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The rooms shown in the pictures are completely different from what is actually provided. In reality, the accommodations are very basic, located on a standard floor with no air conditioning. Upon request, we were given a fan, but it was broken and non-functional, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
