This has become our regular place for short stays in Sydney. Yes, it's an older property but it's great value for the price - simple but comfortable, very clean, so quiet at night - and the location is excellent. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes, catch the bus to Bondi Junction literally outside the front gate, and there are loads of restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk. Friendly staff, free secure parking and a nice retro vibe thrown in too (love the palms and hibiscus and those original 1960s bathroom tiles). We enjoy it every time we stay and will return quite happily in future.

We enjoyed our stay here. The lady at check in was most helpful. Great to have parking included. While the property is showing its age it was clean and quiet. Within easy walking distance to Bondi Beach. We will stay again next time we come to Bondi.

This place was great for an overnight stay. The family suite had plenty of space and storage for us and all of our bags. Room was adequately equipped. The lady on reception was very helpful and accomodating and went above and beyond for us. Helped us store our bags, late checkout, and helped with transport advice and bookings. Felt safe here with the security gate at the front. Would stay again.

The studios were well furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, to, aircorn, and comfortable beds and seats. Situated about a mile uphill from bond beach, the location made for pleasant walks to bond park and other beachfront amenities. The upstairs laundry room and more than a few upstairs clothes lines were particularly helpful and well used. The fenced pool was in the center of the parking lot and wasn't big but could be used for some short laps. Poolside shade came from a partially domed structure covered in sheet metal with holes everywhere. So it certainly didn't appear as though it was very shade. Although housekeepers were only to do rooms once a week, the staff was willing to swap towels when requested.

The lady at reception on arrival was very accommodating as I asked for a ground floor. The location was great walking distance to the centre of town beach , restaurants and bars. It's a older style accommodation but has been jazzed up you have everything you need with the kitchenette able to make something to eat if you are on a budget ,the price is great for the centre of Bondi Beach .I would recommend this place for the convenience of the walking access to everything .The price... Enjoyed my time there..

What a wonderful surprise. A little oasis in the heart of Bondi, with a lovely retro vibe and clean, simple yet comfortable facilities. A short walk from the beach, quiet at night (we could hear the distant waves), friendly staff and the parking was a bonus. Loved it.
