Nice 3 days stay at Winston apartment. Great harbour view from the balcony, one of the few apartments that offer free parking. Location is very convenient, hop on/off the free tram in front of the apartment, only a short stroll to the city. Woolworths,restaurants and pharmacy are nearby.

Generous staff upgraded us to a deluxe apartment and the view was spectacular! Apartment had absolutely everything you’d need. Trams out the front were so convenient and parking was easy and included in the price. Definitely will stay again!

This place is fantastic, with breathtaking views. However, i was quite annoyed when they took $500 from my account for bond, even though it could just be a hold and release. We left our apartment clean, but i still havent received my $500 back!.

I loved my stay. Spent 3 nights during the Formula 1. Spacious, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment in quiet surroundings, with a beautiful view (21st floor) - free tram to the city right outside the front door. Very friendly reception. Only concern was the carpet in the bedroom was a bit stained - hardly their fault, but I was a bit worried I might be blamed and lose my bond - maybe an apartment condition report could be available.

I would stay here again. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and the service was great. The apartment was as expected, comfortable and clean. The location was great, right in front of the tram stop and very close to the supermarket and cafes. Parking facilities were good, and the gym was very well equipped.

The check-in time on weekdays is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, however on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), the check-in time is from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit is required, with AUD 500 for 2 room keys and AUD 300 for 1 room key. Payment can be made via credit card or debit card, and all banks are accepted.
1. A card payment surcharge applies for payments made at the property: 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard, and 3% for American Express.2. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. Accepted forms of identification include a driver's license or any Australian government-issued photo ID, as well as a passport.3.
