Hotel appart agreable, tres propre, commerce et resto a côte. Un inconveniant le parking , dufficile de se garer dans la rue . Le propriétaire nous a trouver une place rapidement et on le remercie. Je recommande cet hotel pour les routards comme nous car l hotel est calme.

Very lovely place to stay in Chania! The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and Georgios was very kind and accommodating. The kitchen was also very well equipped with all types of utensils, but would be great if it had salt, pepper and sugar included in the kitchen too. Location wise - it was a good location and within walking distance from the bus stop and the nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chania (-:

Extra convenient location; 2 min walk from the main bus stop, easy walk to old town,restaurants, several food markets around. Apartments are cleaned on daily bases and they are fully equipped, I felt like at home.The owner was very helpful in terms of navigating through the town, best tavernas, beaches etc .Highly recommended & I would come back.

Останавливалась на две ночи в апартаментах с террасой. Удобное расположение отеля - напротив автовокзала и близко от исторического центра города. Комфортный номер с кухней и красивой террасой, оборудованный всем необходимым для длительного пребывания.Очень чисто, доброжелательный персонал. Несколько каналов российского телевидения.

Appartement entier situé dans un immeuble équipé d'un ascenseur - proche de la gare routière et au centre ville - Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue au pieds de l'immeuble et d'atteindre le port vénitien en marchant moins de 10 mn - Emplacement parfait comme l'appartement équipé de tout le nécessaire et même d'un lave-linge et d'un compartiment congélateur - Tout est propre et le personnel chargé de l'entretien connait parfaitement le travail car tout est impeccable, même la terrasse sur laquelle on peut faire sécher le linge ! Je recommande d'autant que le responsable parle anglais et qu'il est très sympa.

I could not recommend the Alena apartments enough. George made us feel so welcome; There was wine and water left in our apartment when we arrived as well as a map of the area and lots of local information and advice on where to eat. The apartments is two minutes away from the bus station so if you go up the coast for the day, you are back to the apartment minutes after you get back. The cleaner came in every day, fresh towels every day and sheets most days. I would advise booking the deluxe apartment as we had a huge veranda with sun loungers and seating and the sun was strong in the afternoons. The venetian harbour is about 8 minutes walk away and is so beautiful. Overall I would return to the Alena Apartments and would definitely recommend them. We stayed 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel (more of an apartment) was gorgeous and clean! It was spacious and nicely equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine. The location was also great - 1min away from the bus station and a 5-min walk to the harbour. There are a ton of restaurants and supermarkets and shops around. The owner, Georges was so friendly and helpful. This was our second time in Chania ... wish we had stayed here the first time too. Will definitely come back!
