Guest apartment within a villa in Lagonissi

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.Tourism fee: 10 EUR Per adult / day may be collected during booking process. If other people arrive for security reasons, they will be turned away. Max 2 adults, unless permission is requested before the booking for an extra adult. 2. Pet rules, only a small dogs that is neutered since I have 2 small dogs. They must be friendly towards other dogs & completely house trained. The bed linen and towels provided must not be used for pets. 3. No Smoking!! If anyone smokes inside, they will be asked to stop, if they continue, they will be asked to leave. 4. No sun oil to be used at the pool only sun creams. I can provide beach towels for the sun loungers. 5. Air conditioning must be turned off when out of the room. 6. Outside spotlights must not be left on all night & only used when sitting outside. 7. All properties in the region use septic tanks so please remember to turn off taps when not in use, also for this reason no toilet paper may be flushed, this is the case for most of Greece, bins for this sanitation & bin liners will be provided. 8. No rule, just wishing you a pleasant stay.
