I will definitely return. Great place with an excellent atmosphere, location, comfort, clean and welcoming staff. The rooms are tidy and there is a high level of hygiene. The staff is very friendly and trained to look after guests with politeness and a positive attitude. All couid 19 protocols are strictly followed by the hotel. The daily buffet breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. I had chicken kebab rolls and mlawi tikka rolls, which were both delectable, and the food at the Peppercorn restaurant was excellent. Check-in went very smoothly. The staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating and impressive, and the manager, Sarah, was very soft, polite, and helpful during our stay.

The best place to stay in Mumbai is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kiran, the front desk employee, is exceptionally skilled and friendly, and he can appreciate and address all of the visitor's needs. The accommodations are excellent and nicely furnished, with all the comforts that ensure an enjoyable restful night's sleep. The cuisine served in the hotel's eateries or rooms is of the highest caliber, quality, and quantity. Probably one of the greatest managers in thoroughbred ghc administration, my sarah, has created an accomplished team of professionals who will go above and beyond to deliver you the most excellent experience and make you feel at home. The entire team took excellent care. The service is inspiring of limitations, and I'm impressed. The safety standards are excellent. God bless everyone.

I'm looking forward to staying in ghc portside once more. I have spent time in a variety of hotels and properties throughout Mumbai as a frequent visitor. This is my second visit to ghc portside, and I can honestly say that this is the most convenient location I've ever remained. Special thanks to my. Sarah for accommodating and facilitating any special requests and assistance when required. He was very helpful in setting up the stay on both visits and made my stay very comfortable. I also want to appreciate the entire team at the portside hotel. Overall, from the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff to the food and cleanliness, everything was beyond my expectations. I also had a wonderful dining experience at the peppercorn restaurant, particularly at Murph Patiyala Ghc, which serves delicious food throughout its in-house restaurants and breakfast buffet.

Have a fantastic experience at ghc portside hotel. Rooms, room service, and all facilities are fantastic. I am happy with all the ghc staff. All staff services are amazing and give five stars. The food quality was good. The rooms are clean and have a lovely view of the city. All staff members treat me politely and courteously every time I visit the hotel. I am satisfied with the ghc portside hotel.
