Great staff! There was always someone at the reception. Quick and professional help with any issues and excellent guidance based on local knowledge. I was there during Holi and it was extremely helpful to have that guidance. English was not an issue either, as I know it sometimes can be. Communication was completely trouble‑free. Always helpful and very service‑minded.

I stayed at SadaShiv guest house in May for about a week. The guesthouse is top notch. It is very clean and very well taken care of by the staff. They were always available for help and the quality was 5 stars. The room was very clean and comfortable. Vishal, who was the staff, was the most exceptional member of the staff. He was very helpful at each step and everyday. I appreciate the kindness and the hospitality of everyone here. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Let me first clarify that I am Scandinavian travelling in India. I am used to a high standard, and are well aware that even expensive hotels in India is not on par with European/Scandinavian standard. That being said, I booked this place because I needed two things: wifi and a heater in the room. Upon arrival I was met by a very dirty room, insects on the floor, windows that didn't close, very noisy from outside and the hallway. At the price which was very low this was within my expectations, and as such acceptable. I asked for the wifi password and the remote for the heater and was given a password to a network that couldn't be detected, and was told that there was no heater included in the stay. I texted back that it's stated clearly on hotels that the room has wifi and heater. The staff member texted back that what they meant was "hot water" and not heating in the room. I spent a very cold night with open window and no heat. I probably wouldn't god back 😉

I told them and they moved me to a more spacious room to their credit but cleanliness was an issue at both. Covers had what looked like blood on them, ants everywhere and no toilet paper or bidet in either rooms. I also don’t understand why they don’t include air conditioning in room price as they ask an extra 700INR per day, i know it says online but this is first place I’d been to that charged it separately and so much. I’ve stayed many places in India but value for money this has got to be one of the worst. I left my stay early as I was struggling there. But the staff were nice enough and accomadating just the quality of the rooms and mostly cleanliness is the big one for me.
