-Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.-This homestay is open for families with kids, groups, and couples.-We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.-Any kind of footwear is not allowed inside the house. Guests will be provided with slip-ons during their stay.-Drinking and smoking is prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to resort to open areas for the same.-We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.-Food served will be home-cooked.-Any special request regarding food or facilities needs to be intimated in advance.-Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance, as the place is located in a village area. Nature and surroundings should be respected and cared for.-The property is not pet-friendly.-Right to admission reserved.

- By Car: Drive on the Shimla-Kinnaur highway and take a right from Theog towards Kotkhai. Once you reach Kotkhai, turn left towards Padara and keep driving for 13 km (30 mins) to reach Zostel Home Kotkhai
- From Shimla Bus Stand: 57 km, 2 hrs, INR 122 for a bus ride to Kotkhai. From Kotkhai, take another bus to Padara
- From Shimla Airport: 88 km, 3.5 hrs, ~INR 3,000 for a taxi to Zostel Home Kotkhai
- From Shimla Railway Station: 71 km, 3 hrs, ~ INR 2,500 for a cab to Zostel Home Kotkhai
