Pelayanan dan fasilitas buruk bahkan minta tambahan harga seperti bukti terlampir, kalau tidak mau tambah disuruh cancel aja, Tolong tiket.com dan owner diperhatikan. Sepertinya oknum ini memanfaatkan situasi.
