Tiket.com penipu!! Ini lebih ke informasi dan pelayanan bukan ke fasilitasnya. Saya pesan sesuai tag judul (terlampir screen shot), kamar dgn spa gratis, ternyata BOHONG!! Ketika ditanya pas check in, staff mengatakan tdk ada itu hanya tiket.com yg bikin judul agar laku. Kalau kamar dr travelio tdk tau menahu. PENIPUAN KONSUMEN ini namanya!! Saya sengaja pilih krn ada promo tersebut, pdhl ada yg lebih murah dgn tipe kamar yg sama. Baru kali ini di tipu Tiket.com. BURUK dan LICIK!! Tapi utk fasilitas kamar semua ok dan baik.Popular Facilities
