Hotel ini mengklaim tidak bekerjasama dengan aplikasi, sehingga meminta tambahan uang selisih tarif offline yaitu 250rb/malam (dengan fasilitas 1 orang). Sangat mahal harga dengan fasilitas yang disediakan. Tidak ada minum, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada selimut, dan bantal serta guling bau keringat orang (tidak sedap) bekas pemakai kamar sebelumnya, sepertinya tidak diganti. AC tidak bisa dimatikan krn remot AC tidak ada baterai, selimut tidak ada, sehingga harus mematikan dari saklar listrik. Saat checkout, saya minta kwitansi tidak ada penjaga, satpam hotel janji akan menyampaikan ke penjaga hotel utk mengirim kwitansi uang selisih tapi hingga sampai pesan ini saya tulis tidak ada kwitansi yang dikirim. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan.
