2. Pemilik tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan ataupun kerusakan pada barang tamu di dalam kamar ataupun di lingkungan Apartment.
The Owner will not in any way be responsible for any loss / or damage of Guest belongings in the room or at Apartment area.
3. Kehilangan kunci akan dikenakan biaya kompensasi sebesar Rp 200.000.
The loss of the property key will be charged IDR 200.000.
4. Tidak diperkenankan membuat keributan dan kegaduhan di dalam kamar selama periode menginap.

5. Barang Apartment rusak/hilang yang disebabkan oleh tamu, dikenakan biaya pergantian barang.
Damages or loses of property items in the Apartment that caused by guest(s), will be charged in an amount equal to the replacement cost of the damaged item.
6. Tidak diperkenankan membawa pulang properti Apartment.
Not Allowed to take out Apartment property items.
7. Tamu tidak diperbolehkan membawa binatang peliharaan, minuman keras, obat obatan terlarang, serta benda yang berbau tajam ke dalam Apartment.
Guest(s) are not allowed to bring pets, alcohol, illegal drugs, and strong odor things into the Apartment room.
8. Dilarang merokok Di dalam Ruangan

Jika memang ada yang merokok, silahkan merokok di balkon dan menggunakan asbak yang telah kami sediakan. Mohon menutup pintu. Abu rokok & puntungnya mohon tidak dibuang di dalam kamar karena baunya sulit hilang.
If you would like to smoke, please smoke in the balcony and use the ashtray that we provided.
Make sure the window and door are shut, and please do not dispose the cigarette ashes and butts inside the room, because the smell is hard to be remove.
