Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan AEON Mall dan beberapa fasilitas publik lainnya. Dari Stasiun Serpong berjarak sekitar 10 menit berkendara dengan sepeda motor, hampir sama dengan jaraknya dari Stasiun Rawabuntu. Apartemen ini juga memiliki Indomaret. Jadi bagi yang ingin menginap di sini, jangan bingung mencari tempat belanja. Oh ya, ada dua tower di Saveria, yaitu South Tower dan North Tower.

Apartemen saveria berada di sebelah apartemen casa de parco. Dari apartement saveria ke aeon mall hanya 5 menit dengan mobil. 10 Menit dari swiss german scholl, prasetya scholl, ipeka bsd. Keamanannya bagus. Iuran keamanan dan kebersihannya sebesar 800 ribu perbulan.

Saya menginap disini karena menyewa dari aplikasi lain. Apartemennya nyaman banget, ada masjid di belakang apartemen, kalau mau makan ada warteg di belakang apartemen. Lokasinya dekat dengan ICE BSD dan AEON Mall. Mantap. Lain kali kalau ada acara di ICE BSD mending cari akomodasi di sini lagi.

Apartemen ini merupakan kelas menengah pertama yang dibangun oleh Sinarmas Land di kawasan New CBD BSD CITY. Konsep huniannya biasa saja dan tidak terlalu istimewa. Lokasinya agak tersembunyi, tidak persis di pinggir jalan besar. Sangat mudah dijangkau ke pusat keramaian di sekitarnya, seperti The Breeze, Green Office Park, dan Aeon Mall.
