Mall baru dengan konsep yang bagus. Masih banyak ruang kosong, beberapa restoran buka, parkir agak membingungkan ketika ingin keluar karena dua pintu terbuka. Tiket dari gerbang pertama harus dibuang jika tidak ingin membayar dua kali.

Apartemen ini memiliki prospek yang sangat menjanjikan di masa depan. Claim defect dilayani dengan cepat, ramah, cepat, dan profesional oleh Bu Nita. Lobi bersih, nyaman, dan berkelas. Koridor lift Lobi mewah. Petugas keamanan ramah dan sigap baik di apartemen maupun di mal. Lihat juga brand restoran yang buka di mallnya, ke depannya akan menjadi investasi yang menjanjikan.

Tempatnya bagus dan nyaman, namun masih banyak stan yang kosong, mungkin karena belum banyak yang tahu bahwa ada mall di dalamnya, tempat yang bagus untuk nongkrong dan menonton bioskop.

Sejauh ini pelayanan dan keamanan di tower crystal sangat ramah. Namun, untuk kinerja penjaga pintu keluar, perlu ditingkatkan. Ketika saya mengalami kendala pembayaran saat ingin keluar, tidak ada seorang pun di sana. Saya hampir terlambat berangkat kerja, tetapi karyawan tersebut melayani dengan kasar dan tidak ada basa-basi meminta maaf. Sebagai penghuni, saya menghargai setiap karyawan yang ada, tetapi karyawan juga harus diberi pengarahan untuk menghargai pengunjung dan penghuni.

Meski masih baru, ada kemungkinan untuk maju ke depannya karena lokasinya berada di kawasan ramai yang dikelilingi oleh banyak ruko. Apartemen ini memiliki cukup banyak towernya, terdiri dari 4 tower dengan total 58 lantai. Kamarnya agak kecil. Parkirnya juga cukup murah, namun di area parkir minim petugas laga. Jadi jika ingin keluar mobil harus mencari security dulu untuk membuka gembok portal khusus di bagian tempat parkir. Meskipun masih baru, ada peluang untuk maju lebih jauh karena lokasinya berada di kawasan ramai dan dikelilingi oleh banyak ruko. Apartemen ini memiliki banyak tower, dengan total 58 lantai.
