Please do not smoke inside the house and they are plenty outdoor areas where you can smoke. - Jangan merokok di dalam rumah dan banyak area diluar rumah dimana anda bisa merokok.
Please do no bring any food to the bed. - Jangan membawa makanan ke tempat tidur.
This place is not for partying and for any event or gathering please contact us first. - Property ini bukan untuk pesta-pesta dan harap menghubungi pemilik terlebih dahulu apabila ingin mengadakan event.
All kitchen equipment must be clean before check out, throw garbage out in front of the house and please do not leave any food anywhere in the house. Peralatan masak agar dibersihkan, buang sampah diluar rumah sebelum pulang dan jangan meninggalkan makanan didalam rumah.
House condition should be similar to your check in condition. Harap mengembalikan kondisi rumah seperti semula.
Maximum capacity are 12 people and there will be a penalty of IDR 150,000/night/person if you exceed the capacity. Kapasitas maksimum adalah 12 orang dan akan ada penalti sebesar Rp 150,000/perhari/perorang apabila melebihi kapasitas.
