Saya kira apartemen ini seperti Apartemen Breeze Bintaro. Banyak towernya. Banyak unit yang mau saya beli. Mulai dari studio hingga 3 BR. Hanya saja jembatan yang sudah selesai ternyata belum cukup nyaman untuk menyeberang ke SMS. Masih harus jalan ke depan.

Bintang 5 karena fasilitasnya bagus, keamanannya bagus, kualitas bangunannya ok, parkirannya luas, kolam renangnya bersih, gymnya bersih, lobinya mewah, tamannya bersih. Pokoknya semua kenyamanan dan keamanannya TOP MANTAP BAGUS KEREN. Bintang 1 karena Mol di depannya (Summarecon Mall Serpong) kalau bikin acara sampai jam 23- 24. Saya tinggal di sini selama 5 tahun (2019-2021 tidak begitu, mungkin karena covid). Harganya mewah tapi suara acara dari mol masuk sampai tengah malam. Coba lihat foto dan video di bawah ini. Pengambilan foto dan video di atas jam 12 malam.

Lokasi hotel berada di seberang mall, dekat kemana. Mana, tempat parkir luas dan aman, kolam renang bagus dan luas.

Ketika saya pertama kali datang ke sini, saya merasakan suasana yang asri. Modern denganbalutan tetumbuhan dan terutama di lantai 5 terdapat kolam renangnya.

Saat melihat ulasan di aplikasi kemarin, saya merasa khawatir akan adanya layanan buruk di sini. Namun, ternyata stafnya sangat ramah. Disambut dengan baik oleh resepsionis dan security yang baik dan ramah. Kebersihan apartemennya juga sangat baik, sehingga nyaman untuk menginap di sini.

Tidak ada etika dengan orang yang mengirim barang menggunakan motor. Jika mengirim makanan ke towwr dakota dll. Jalan kaki 300 meteran.

Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada manajemen karena telah mendengarnya. Sekarang sudah ada tempat parkir untuk ojek online dan kurir. Mohon perhatian kepada pengelola M TOWN Residance untuk menyediakan tempat parkir gratis atau 5- 10 menit untuk ojek online. Sangat tidak masuk akal, apalagi untuk menuju tower carmel dan dakota.

Saya sudah 1,5 tahun menyewa di Apartemen Ayodhya dan tidak pernah menemukan karyawan yang judes. Kelebihannya adalah mereka memiliki aplikasi khusus di mana kita bisa mengajukan keluhan kerusakan atau perbaikan melalui ponsel dan langsung mendapat respons. Selain itu, layanan service AC dan kebutuhan lainnya juga disediakan lengkap di dalam aplikasi dengan harga yang terjangkau. Sungguh keren.
