Pelayanan ramah, kebersihan terjaga, semua peralatan lengkap, dispenser, magic com, kompor, panci, piring, sendok lengkap semua. Lantai 2 ada kamar mandi dalam kamar cuma 1 aja. Kamar mandi luar ada dilantai 1. Ada air hangatnya hanya dilantai 1. Air lancar dan ada wifinya juga. Lokasi strategis 5 menit sampai bns dan jatim park 2.

Saluran pembuangan air agak mampet, jd kl pas mandi, airnya menggenang. Wifi nya krg bgs, kadang muncul kadang tenggelam, ada air panasnya, cm panas di awal, lama² dingin. Untk lokasi emng deket dkt BNS, cm menuju k lokasi, jalannya sempit, gelap, dan sepi. Untk harga cukup murah. Fasilitas lengkap seperti kompor, panci, dispenser, tv, kipas angin, kamar bersih. Cm minus di saluran air kamar mandi.
