Saya pikir ini adalah tempat yang paling nyaman untuk bersantai, bersantai, dan berenang bersama keluarga tercinta. Menurut saya ini adalah nilai tambah karena fasilitas dan kenyamanannya serta harganya. Tempat ini layak dipertimbangkan untuk keluarga besar yang berencana berlibur singkat ke kota Malang, terutama karena akses mudah ke wilayah Universitas Brawijaya bagi bapak dan ibu yang memiliki keluarga kuliah di Malang dan beberapa kampus lainnya. Fasilitas kolam renang luas dan meja bilyar sangat cocok untuk bersantai.

Kemarin saya menginap di satu tempat dan terkejut ternyata kamar tidurnya ada di luar, ternyata terlihat seperti cerobong asap bergaya perapian. Selain itu, dekorasinya sangat lucu. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi mereka yang mencari penginapan unik di area Malang.

Rules and Regulations Guesthouse

1. Guest are obliged to give photocopy of ID Card, and leave 1 original ID / SIM / PASSPORT as the guarantor to the Owner and will be returned upon check-out, and must fill the data and signature on the sheet we have prepared.

2. The earliest check-in time is 14:00 WIB, while the check-out time is 12:00 WIB.

3. Check-out after 12:00 WIB until 18:00 WIB is charged an additional fee of 50% from the previous price. Check-out after 18:00 WIB is calculated 100% full price.

4. All Electrical equipment must be turned off before leaving the room / house to avoid Short circuit.

5. No pets are allowed.

6. It is prohibited to engage in political, religious and shamanic activities in or within the guest house.

7. Not allowed to carry or consume drugs and drink - liquor / alcohol.

8. For the convenience of the next guest / tenant, If you are a smoker, we invite you to smoke on the front porch, upper terrace or back porch. Sorry, no smoking in the house / room.

9. It is forbidden to make noise or turn on TV or Music in a voice too loud to disturb local neighbors.

10. Do not put sticker, scratch, or paint the walls and furniture of Guest House inventory with anything.

11. Do not bring out or move furniture Homestay inventory.

12. Kitchenware, cookers and cooking utensils should be cleaned up after use.

13. Valuables must be kept by yourself, Homestay Management is not responsible for the loss or damage to property of tenants / guests.

14. The money already paid is non-refundable.

15. IF the Guest damages or loss of the Homestay inventory item, Guest will be charged a replacement fee or repair damage to the item or replace the lost item.
