Sya nginap bareng keluarga selama 5 hari 4 malam, tapi yg disiapin kek gini. Waktu pemesanan by app saya sdh minta jadwal check in dan check out yang lebih fleksibel untuk saya dan keluarga, tapi tak berguna. Waktu check in dijadwal jam 15.00, saya kiirim pesan jam 14.22 mau check in tp dijawab unit blm siap. Jam 14.35 saya chat, saya sdh dilokasi baru direspon kamar sdh siap. Sofa bed di ruang tamu udah gak layak pakai, udah jeblok, jd klo mau duduk harus hati2. Di app dibilang ada futon, tp gk ada disiapkan. Kondisi dapur, Gak ada rak penirisan piring. Panci hanya 1 & tak ada spatula hanya capit. Mangkok hanya ada 2. Gak ada sabun cuci tangan, hanya sabun cuci piring. Gak ada lap apa kek spy bisa ngelap2 abis nyuci piring atau masak. Gak ada penghisap asap jd klo masak wajib buka pintu balkon dan kamar mandi biar ngalir udaranya. Parahnya bagian kamar mandi, Hanya disiapin 1 rol tisu untuk 5 hari. Sabun mandi juga hanya cukup untuk 1 hari, waktu diminta dibilang besok waktu di cleaning tapi mas nya tetap gak kasi tisu dan sabun mandi. Jadi harus siapin sendiri. Btw shampoo sama sekali kagak disiapin.Kamar mandinya juga licin luar biasa, jadi harus sikat sendiri biar aman. Security properti kurang membantu. Waktu baru nyampe saya pinjam troli, dijawab lg dipakai udah gitu aja. Saya tunggu lalu tanya lagi, apa gk bisa diusahain? Baru beliau bergerak dan ambil ke belakang. Selama ada di lingkungan properti juga security rajin nanya, nginap apa nggak? Bingung saya, padahal tiap turun saya kalungin itu kunci biar gak nanya2 tapi tetap aja.
