Ga ada yg salah sama unitnya karena SUPER BAGUS. Hanya saja ga lagi2 deh pesen yang “by Travelio”. GAK BANGET! Mereka emang ga punya lobi khusus atau kantor di sekitar apartemen. Sistemnya ya kalo mau check-in harus kontak dulu mau jam berapa dan itu belum tentu disanggupi sesuai request karena PIC nya harus keliling2 ngasih kunci ke tamu2 di tower atau apartemen lain atau entah dimana. Korupsi masa stay dong kalo check in harusnya jam 14, tapi baru bisa masuk kamar jam 15.30, sementara check out nya tetep jam 12 siang. Trus pas saya masuk niatnya mau langsung buka laptop buat lanjut meeting (sebelumnya terpaksa online meeting via hp di lobi karena PIC nya belum dateng), EH WIFINYA GA KONEK sampe jam kerja saya berakhir. Pokoknya buat saya, ga bakal lagi pesen dari chain/manajemen ini. PIC nya kasian aja menurut saya karena pasti ga jarang kena omel tamu gara2 sistemnya ga bgt. Fyi, meskipun kita udah booking dari tiketcom, nanti ujung2nya diarahin suruh login dari aplikasi Tr4v3liO juga yang ampun deh aplikasinya ga kalah butut (lemot, CS slowres) dan kita bener2 cuma bisa kontakan via WA CS atau aplikasi aja. Beneran lain kali cari unit yang ga ada “by Travelio” nya. Saya juga minta maaf buat PIC yang sudah mengantar kunci yg akhirnya mau ga mau kena komplain saya. Pokoknya hari itu hancur bgt jadwal kerja. Beneran seniat itu booking 1 hari lagi setelah konser, sengaja beda unit karena cari yg provide wifi, dan rencananya emang didedikasikan buat kerja seharian. Taunya hari itu juga saya langsung cabut setelah jam kerja berakhir saking keselnya seharian cuma abis buat nunggu dan komplain. Sengaja kamarnya gue acak2 supaya uang sewanya dialihin buat biaya pembersihan kamar. Bhay Travelio, gue ga akan balik lagi. SUPER DISSATISFACTION.Popular Facilities
