Please Read the Following House Rules:
No Parties or Events
Only registered Guests
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
Do the dishes
No smoking
Fake/spray Tan = BYO Sheets and Towels (if sheets and/or towels are damaged they will be charged against your deposit)
Turn off lights and AC/Heating when out of the property
No Pets,
State check in and check out times, Noise curfew, Lost Key fee, quiet hours start at 10:00 pm, no loud parties in the apartment. My apartment is a strict NON-SMOKING room, There will be a fine of 33 USD per night, times total nights of booking.
Please respect this rule since this is for other guest convenience, room polluted with cigarette smoke is not easy to clean and refresh again!
Do note that the guests shall clean up after themselves before checking-out
And Try not to break anything please:)

Tan Palsu / semprotan = Lembaran dan Handuk BYO (jika seprai dan / atau handuk rusak maka akan dikenakan biaya terhadap deposit Anda)
Matikan lampu dan AC saat keluar dari properti
Tidak ada hewan peliharaan,
Nyatakan waktu check-in dan check-out, Jam malam bising, Biaya Kunci Hilang, jam hening mulai pukul 10:00 malam, tidak ada pesta minuman keras di apartemen. Apartemen saya adalah kamar bebas-Rokok, akan ada denda 33 USD per malam, kali total pemesanan malam.
Harap hormati aturan ini karena ini untuk kenyamanan tamu lainnya, kamar yang tercemar asap rokok tidak mudah dibersihkan dan disegarkan lagi!
Harap dicatat bahwa para tamu harus membersihkan sendiri sebelum check-out
