Ternyata kamarnya tidak menghadap kolam renang, kami pesan kamar dg fasilitas jaguchi, pompa airnya ada dipinggir jaguchi dan bunyi trs sampai malam. Ada satu AC kamar yg airnya netes, bahkan sampai di beri lap dan ember, Krn cukup byk tetesannya (alhamdulilah sepanjang malam berisik). Kunci kamar susah sekali di kunci, ada bekas jebolan. Lantai 2 , lampunya redup bgt (lebih ke gelap) jadi agak2 creepy gitu. Mesin kopi tidak menyala. Tidak wort it sekali dg harga permalam 1jtan. Dan tidak cocok untuk yg bawa anak kecil, Krn toilet nya cuma pakai yg spray ( bukan jet shower), dan shower yg tipe tdk bisa di tarik, jadi agak susah mandiin anak. 🙏🏻 Semoga kedepannya lebih baik.

I have never had such a bad trip. The environment around the villa is very bad. After entering, the room is not very clean. The air conditioner is very cold and cannot be turned off. The TV upstairs is broken. At that time, I booked two sets because I made a mistake. I contacted the customer service but no one responded until now.

Penipu,villa tidak seperti di foto remot AC tidak berfungsi ameneties tidak lengkap ruangan berdebu mengingat saya membawa bayi berusia 2 bulan ini sangat tidak nyaman dan penerangan kurang tidak disarankan untuk kalian yang bawa anak suasana nya saat menjelang malam sangat tidak nyaman karna begitu gelap di sekitar villa menuju ruang atas lingkungan juga tidak aman dan kompor pun tidak bisa di pakai,villa ini sangat buruk saya meminta refund tetapi pihak management tidak menggubris padahal setelah 1 jam saya check in saya langsung check out malam nya belum saya tempati sama sekali karna sangat tidak nyaman,tidak ada pihak yang mau bertanggung jawab jadi saya berikan review ini agar yang lain tidak ada yang tertipu.

This was a terrible experience. We left the premises 45 minutes after checking in. There was mould through both operating g air conditioner units. Excessive mould through both shower heads. Strong sewerage smell from one of the bedroom bathrooms. There were yellow stains on the fresh bed and lounge linen along with cigarette burn marks. The bench tops in the kitchen were still dirty from previous use, clearly not cleaned. The decking around our entrance to the pool area was rotted, nails missing which caused us to trip and fall. A live rat was located under the coffee table in the main living area. The property was not accurately advertised on Expedia when we booked. The property was not near the beach nor near any amenities or shops. We contacted the manager of the hotel directly outlining our concerns and a refund on our stay. So far, the hotel appears unwilling to accomodate a refund, which we think is only reasonable considering our circumstances. We have a 10 month old daughter with us and our experience with this property was not only disappointing, but extremely unhygienic and unsafe.

About Mana Villas Nusa Dua

A modern cozy complex of 2-storey villas is located in Nusa Dua, in A Quiet Place surrounded by tropical greenery. Several beautiful beaches in this popular resort place are only 5-10 minutes away. Each villa has access to a large shared swimming pool that runs the entire length of the complex. The complex has 24-hour security and staff who will help you with all your requests.

Each villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay:

There are many places around where you can have fun.

Savangan Beach, one of Nusa Dua's delightful beaches, is 1.4 km from the hotel. There are few people here, mostly surfers and guests from nearby hotels.

Geger Beach is 1.5 km from the hotel. It is a beautiful stretch of pure white sand. This is an ideal place to relax away from the crowds of the main resorts that are almost visible far below the beach.

A little further (12 minutes by car) is the famous Waterblow Reef, where strong waves break and splashes can reach a height of 8 km.
5 minutes from the villa there are supermarkets AlfaMart, Indomaret, Coco Mart, Pepito, laundry, massage parlors and restaurants.
The famous Bali Collection shopping, restaurant and entertainment complex is a 10-minute drive away.

You can also have fun at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, one of the tourist attractions in Bali. There is an amphitheater, an art gallery, a souvenir shop, a lake, fountains and a beautiful park. Many festivals, concerts and other events are held on the territory of the park.

The main road connecting all five-star hotels on the coast is 1 km from the villa. The Motorway Toll Road (7 km) is also nearby.
