Minimalist And Comfy Studio Apartment At Cinere Bellevue Suites

House Rules :
- Take off shoes / sandals when you enter the room.
- Please switch off air conditioner, lights, & other appliances every time before you leave the room.
- No smoking or drugs allowed inside the room or anywhere inside the apartment tower.
- Pets are prohibited.
- No parties or events.
Sorry that we have to charge you if you break these house rules.
Parking :
Parking is available in the apartment basement with hourly parking fee.
Internet Access :
We provide mobile wifi. The wifi name & password appear on the wifi screen.
Bathroom / Shower :
There is a shower fan located in the bathroom. Please flush the toilet after each use.
Stove :
There is a gas stove in the kitchen. The gas tube is stored in the lower cabinet.
Trash & Disposal :
This apartment has one trash bin. The trash bags are stored in the cabinet located under the sink.
If you fill the receptacles during your stay, simply take the trash bag out of the receptacles, tie them shut
and take them to the garbage suite located on the same floor. And please refill the trash bag into the
receptables if you still want to use it.
Dishes :
A variety of basic kitchen utensils can be found in the kitchen cabinet.
Please wash the dishes after each use.
Air Conditioner :
The remote control is mounted on the wall under the air cons. Please leave the remote in the wall mount. Close all the doors and windows when using air cons.
Circuit Breakers :
The breaker box is located on the right hand wall after you open the front door.
Television :
We don’t provide cable tv, however we use internal antenna.
Phone Calls / Engineering :
There is a phone mounted on a wall near kitchen sink. You can make a phone call to talk to the reception. You can also request the engineering officer for help.
When check out, please return the access card & keys set to the reception tower A.
