Saya menginap 4 malam, ternyata fasilitas nya minim. Nggak ada water heater, kalo perlu air panas harus rebus dulu. Baru pake kompor 1kali ehh apes nya ternyata gas nya habis/kosong. Lalu saya chat ke room boy yang bantu check in, katanya kalo masalah fasilitas harus chat ke CS (karena ini dimanage travelio, jadi chat ke travelio) untuk diganti gas nya segera, tapi tidak ada tanggapan, lama sekali dibalasnya. Akhirnya dibalas..tapi saya disuruh beli gas sendiri (nanti direimburse). Haloo? Yang bener tamu disuruh beli gas sendiri?? Saya tetep minta tanggung jawab dengan diganti gas baru..CS keukeuh harus saya yang beli dulu (dan kemudian tidak ada tanggapan lagi dari CS, CS menghilang). Karena sangat perlu..kondisi sudah 2hari gas habis akhirnya saya beli gas sendiri (angkat2 gas sendiri ke luar apartemen!!). Ternyata toko gas terdekat kosong..harus naik kendaraan dulu kalo mau ke toko gas yang lain. Alhasil harus keluar ongkos lagi 30ribu PP naik ojek ke toko gas itu (masih dalam kondisi sambil gotong gas sendiri). Angkat gas lagi, Pas sudah mau dipasang, ternyata selang gas di apartemen ini udah rusak sepertinya. Gas nya nggak bisa naik, 2 jam lebih saya utak atik akhirnya baru bisa gas nya naik (dan akhirnya kompor bisa dipake). Pas ngajuin reimburse, ternyata ongkos ojeknya nggak dicover. Hmmm Halooo..ini sebenernya bukan masalah uang ya. Tapi, saya sangat sangat kesusahan dengan harus beli, angkat, pasang gas sendiri..padahal harusnya saya tamu menginap disini dengan fasilitas yang sudah lengkap. Sangat2 mengecewakan sekali unit apartemen ini!! Kebersihan pun tidak terlalu dijaga. Belakang pintu kamar mandi masih kotor. Di kamar mandi masih ada rambut rambut. Meja makan cuma di lap seadanya, masih ada sisa kecap dari tamu sebelumnya nempel di meja.Popular Facilities
