Rules & Check-in Requirements

For security, safety, and verification purposes, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID/passport before check-in.

Please note:
1. Passport/ID verification will be conducted prior to arrival.
2. The name on the ID must match the reservation details.
3. This property operates with self check-in/self check-out procedures, therefore identity verification is mandatory before access details are provided.
4. Guests who fail or refuse to provide valid identification may be denied check-in without refund.

By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules and check-in requirements.

We would like to kindly remind you that the number of guests staying at the property must match the total declared at the time of booking.

If the number of arriving guests exceeds the maximum capacity allowed, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with the stay, as it would go beyond the permitted limit of our accommodation.

As our property is located within a residential area, these rules are strictly enforced to ensure the comfort and peace of all nearby residents.

Please take note of the following house rules:

❌ Hosting events, gatherings, or parties that may disturb the surrounding environment is not allowed.
❌ Loud music is not permitted at any time.
