I paid usd 430 for a fournight stay. The facilities and service on the property were not worth the price. The staff at the eco cafe, which is across the street, was kind and accommodating, and there was no way to interact with anyone who owns or manages the property. I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating for cleanliness. I am a diver, and on the first night i arrived, i requested to have my breakfast 30 minutes early, but the staff member at the front desk found it difficult to comprehend my request at first, and when he did, he did not attempt to check if i could accommodate my request and immediately declined. I eventually went to the eco cafe myself and spoke with the owner, who informed me that providing me with breakfast at 7.20 am rather than 8 am was no problem because the staff members arrive at 7 am. For the following days, i directly contacted the restaurant to arrange my breakfast, and even they found it odd that no one from sama villa was helping to coordinate this. I do not fault the staff member for refusing my request, i believe he was doing what he believed he was authorised to do. What i fault is that he couldnt connect me to a manager or senior staff member, likely because there isnt any. One of the days, my room was not cleaned or housekeeping. I would anticipate daily housekeeping given the cost. There are no coffee packets or kettles in the room. I had to repeatedly ask the staff member to allow me to make my own coffee in the morning when the staff member directed me to a water dispenser in the common area and coffee packets in the cupboard behind the reception. Im not sure if this is something that all guests have access to, or it was my insistence that it be provided to me. If not, my recommendation is to keep a kettle and tea or coffee packets in all rooms. Overall, i think they should have an englishspeaking property manager who checks in with guests at least once during the day or during their trip to ensure that everything is in order. For the amount the property charges, this is the least they could do.

This is the best villa ive ever stayed in in amed, bal. Its a great place to stay even for a long stay. So calm and clean. And the staff is very helpful. There are many cafes, spas, restaurants nearby and they also have a dive center. Will be back as soon as possible for a long stay.

Saya menginap 4 malam dan membayar USD 430. Untuk harga tersebut, saya rasa fasilitas atau layanan di properti tersebut tidak sepadan. Yang saya sukai adalah staf yang ramah dan baik Relatif privat dengan hanya 4- 5 kamar Kamar dan kamar mandi yang besar Saya akan memberikan nilai 4 dari 5 untuk kebersihan Sarapan disediakan oleh Eco Cafe di seberang properti Staf dengan sopan setuju untuk mengantar saya ke restoran yang berjarak 20 menit. Lokasinya memang agak terpencil, tetapi ada kafe dan spa yang bagus di sebelahnya. Saya suka itu. Hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dan mengecewakan: Tidak ada staf senior berbahasa Inggris di lokasi dan tidak ada cara untuk menghubungi siapa pun yang memiliki atau mengelola properti. Saya seorang penyelam dan pada malam pertama saya tiba, saya meminta untuk sarapan 30 menit lebih awal, tetapi staf penerima tamu merasa sulit untuk memahami permintaan saya pada awalnya dan akhirnya dia tidak berusaha untuk memeriksa apakah permintaan saya dapat dipenuhi dan langsung menolaknya. Akhirnya saya pergi ke Eco Cafe sendiri dan berbicara dengan pemilik yang segera memberi tahu saya bahwa sarapan tersedia pada pukul 7:20, bukan pukul 8, sama sekali tidak masalah karena staf datang pada pukul 7 pagi. Pada hari berikutnya, saya menghubungi restoran secara langsung untuk mengatur sarapan saya dan bahkan mereka merasa aneh bahwa tidak ada yang membantu mengoordinasi hal ini. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is quiet and close to many diving centers. So if you dont want to be in the middle of fastmoving tourist amed, this is the place to be. Right next door to the best restaurants with delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. Theorically you dont have to move much if you just want to relax. The priceperformance ratio is perfect. My wife and i would come back in a heartbeat.

Sarapannya enak, mereka mengantarnya langsung dari kafe sebelah. Pemandangan gunung berapinya menakjubkan dan suasananya sangat tenang. Saya pikir tempat ini cocok untuk pasangan. Lokasinya agak jauh, tetapi jika Anda membawa skuter, tidak masalah. Saya tidak bisa mengendarai skuter dan staf menawarkan untuk mengantar saya ke mana pun saya butuhkan dan itu sangat menyenangkan. Saya merekomendasikan tempat ini 100%! Hal terbaik adalah pelayanannya.

Such a lovely location. The location is also excellent, right across from a lovely cafe, where you can enjoy the stars at night from a romantic roof terrace. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and enjoyable.

A fantastic place to stay in amed! The objet is brandnew and has a boutique / designer vibe. The reception is open aroundtheclock, and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The owner is a diver as well, and hes a really nice guy. The location is close to a few restaurants, making it an ideal base for regional excursions. Breakfast was excellent, prepared from a nearby restaurant. There arent many better places in amed, so we heartily suggest it!.

Resor ini tenang, dekat dengan banyak pusat selam. Jadi jika Anda tidak ingin berada di tengah keramaian turis, ini adalah tempat yang tepat. Tepat di sebelah restoran terbaik dengan sarapan, makan siang, makan malam, dan koktail yang enak. Secara teori, Anda tidak perlu banyak bergerak jika Anda hanya ingin bersantai.
