Awalnya saya memesan type 3BR di Sky House. Ternyata water heather rusak. Minta relokasi sangat lama di respon,baik dari call center maupun live chat.Dari jam 6 sore akhirnya baru bisa relokasi jam 12 malam. Itupun stlh saya complain dan marah2. Direlokasi ke 2BR dgn alasan hanya unit tsb yg tersedia. Bsknya tetap disuruh stay di unit tsb yg 2BR.Saya minta direlokasi kembali ke 3BR, malah saya disuruh cari sendiri unitnya, bukan di rekomendasikan dari mrk. Akhirnya sy minta relokasi ke apartment yg lain (MTown) yg 3BR. Staff yg di lapangan sangat membantu. Tetapi dari CS nya sangat lama utk merespon keluhanku. Harga apartment yg awal sy pesan lbh di atas harga yg di relokasi. Apakah ada kompensasi pengembalian kelebihan duitku?Popular Facilities
