The owner of this place is very lucky to have such genuine, attentive staff. Their service is excellent, friendly, and generous. Massage is amazing and the therapist can come to your vila, have it by your private pool or in the room, we did it 2x because it was that good. There is elephant ride just next to it if you're interested & they will give you special price if you stay in the villa. The villa it self is private, but needs a lot of things to fix (ex: the wooden floor) however the staff did everything they can & attention to details to make your stay enjoyable! Definitely recommend to stay here

Kamar dan ruang bagian dalam villa cukup memuaskan kebersihanya,bagian luar tidak terawat dg baik,apalagi pintu gerbang masuk kamar sangat menyeramkan,ditambah lagi lokasi villa di pinggir hutan dan sedikit jurang,pelayanan staf sangat memuaskan,saat kami minta bantuan direspon dg cepat,fasilitas masak lengkap,hanya saja kompor gas kurang di service,api nya gak hidup sempurna,akhir kami menggunakan kompor yg kami bawa sendiri.

Tempat untuk bersantai, kolam renang pribadi, harus membeli persediaan minuman dan makanan terlebih dahulu sebelum datang ke sini karena makanan terbatas. Lokasinya cukup luas, ada mini zoo, tapi tidak ada GoFood. Tidak ada water heater di kamar mandi dan tekanan air dari pancuran kurang kencang. Staf ramah (banyak gedung tua yang tidak terpakai) mungkin karena dampak pandemi.

Sangat direkomendasikan. Berbeda dengan rafting pada umumnya, yang harus berjalan kaki cukup jauh dan melelahkan untuk sampai ke start point, di sini kita cukup dimanjakan dengan menaiki transportasi dan pemandangan sepanjang perjalanan yang sangat indah. Sayangnya rute raftingnya kurang panjang, tapi cukup menantang karena banyak air terjunnya. Makanan makan siangnya sangat enak.

The hotel is similar to a private vacation home. If you expect bars, nightlife, and restaurants nearby, this hotel is not for you. We stayed in a villa with a small private garden with a tropical rainforest and a ravine for 5 nights. The small hotel, which has six private villas, is situated in Banjarangkan's Klungkung district in Gianyar's village bakes. The hotel offers rafting, a mini-zoo, and elephant riding. Although the majority of the staff speaks excellent English, the front desk is far from the villas. The spa is available, but we didn't try it. Private pool of a decent size 1. In a large private villa of good quality, spotless, and peaceful little private garden. Many attractions are close by such as a spa. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner has two alternatives: American breakfast, which includes fresh juice, fruits, omelets, toast, bacon, butter, and sausages milk or yogurt on request. Idle water bottles every day Beautiful scenery, small waterfalls, and a river that is accessible by foot down the ravine is ideal for escape and relaxation. We just returned to our villa and realized what we had just discovered. We sent a WhatsApp message to reception, and we got an immediate response. They were right there to source our drinks and sent a very polite and sincere message. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and made our stay a little bit nicer. The resort is not correctly depicted in the photographs, even though the personnel was extremely kind and accommodating. Due to the fact that the main hotel and pool were not functioning, it had the feel of a ghost town. The personnel made a difference in our experience by making excellent efforts to meet all of our demands in every way. Since the entrance is down a steep dirt road, and the villas were extremely challenging to locate, we felt as though we werent in the ideal location until the receptionist came down the hill to greet us. After we settled in, we went for a walk to the resort hotel, restaurant, and pool. We were disappointed when we discovered that the hotel was just empty concrete boxes, the restaurant a buffet concept with very little to offer, completely empty, and the pool was completely drained with dirt on its bottom. Chained elephants, caged birds, and dogs, and, worst of all, an orangutan, were all visible on closer inspection. Because we do not like animals treated in such a terrible trip.
