I had a great time at the konkret. A few things could be improved, but overall i would recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and polite, and they couldnt have done a better job of making us feel welcome and comfortable. The villa was made up every day and was always very clean. Good location a bit off the main road and quiet, but close to all the restaurants and shops. The entire villa has a beautiful, tasteful interior. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The scooters are great and comfortable to drive around with. The private pool is very nice and is a good size. The kitchen is well furnished, so you can cook your own dinner here. However, it felt like the air conditioning didnt completely cool the room and it always felt a little humid. We had to leave the air conditioner on day and night, which feels a bit unsustainable, but otherwise, our room would have been too warm and humid. I havent felt that i needed to do this in any other hotel i have stayed in in indonesia. Also, the acs are mostly hidden in closets, which obviously looks more stylish, but i feel they arent as effective. Breakfast was ok, but could be improved. For example, croissants and danish rolls were dry and didnt taste of anything. It would be nice if the guests could choose to book a room with or without breakfast. Since we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, the price per person was absolutely fine and i think it reflected the overall quality. However, i wouldnt pay 100 eur per person per night.

In march, as a family with two children, we stayed at the konkret! It was fantastic. The house we had with two bedrooms was stunning. Every detail, every room was absolutely stunning and in excellent condition. The service provided by the team was also excellent. They are available to answer any questions. Additionally, the konkret offered to rent scooters and a car with a driver. We request transportation from and to the north harbor and some beaches. All perfect, calm, and safe drivers. We can only recommend the konkret! Take in the breathtaking setting and the beauty of lombok! We appreciate having you!.

The villa is tastefully designed and offers a range of amenities, a charming indoor area, a small private pool, and a wide variety of amenities. The villa appears to be a welcoming and relaxing place to stay at first glance. Sadly, upon arrival, we encountered a significant issue. We discovered small insects on the bed and couch after a lengthy sixhour journey. When we looked closer, it became clear that these were bed bugs, with visible eggs along the mattress seams and yellow stains on the bedding. We were promptly offered a different room, but we discovered further evidence of bedbug activity, including eggs and residue within the mattress. We felt uneasy about staying at the property because of this. We requested a refund and sought to make alternative arrangements, but our request was denied. While the villa has many aesthetic and practical advantages, guests who value cleanliness and a worryfree stay, especially with regard to pest control, may want to think about other options.

Semua yang ada di vila ini luar biasa, indah dipandang, terawat dengan baik dan kami menawarkan layanan kamar dan itu tidak masalah, mereka pantas diacungi jempol. Belum lagi, kami mendapatkan akses gratis ke pusat kebugaran dengan peralatan terbaik di Kuta. Soal sarapan, hotel ini benar-benar mengecewakan. Hotel ini menawarkan meja kecil dengan buah, salad dan roti, sisanya kami pesan a la carte dan sisanya hanya telur (rebus, omelet, orak-arik atau goreng). Hari ini kami meminta telur tambahan karena pilihannya hanya dua, tetapi karena sarapan tidak menawarkan sumber protein lain, masuk akal untuk meminta telur ketiga atau bahkan keempat. Kami tidak ditolak, tetapi diberitahu bahwa hanya dua telur yang disertakan. Saya pikir mereka tidak akan menagih lebih banyak telur tambahan, tetapi masih ada hal yang perlu ditingkatkan: variasi protein untuk sarapan, baik itu keju, ham, salmon, bacon, yogurt.
