Apartement jorok banget... Saat masuk kamarnya sangat bau, puntung rokok dibiarkan didalam kamar, tempat tidur kotor. Sy claim minta ganti unit ke petugasnya dan dijawab tidak ada lagi, padahal sy liat di aplikasi tiket.com masih menjual unit yg lain. Akhirnya sy cancel menginap dan ajukan pembatalan ke tiket.com. Saat itu CS tiket.com bilang akan memproses dan tidak bilang tidak bisa direfund. Seminggu kemudian sy dapat jawaban tiket.com proses refund 600rban tidak bisa dan sebagai pengantinya diberikan gift voucher senilai 75rb. Atas kejadian ini, sy sangat kecewa khususnya tiket.com.
