A stylish, minimalistic villa with industrial style located in North Yogyakarta. It is only one minute away from infamous Filosofi Kopi, in a peaceful neighborhood with a view of paddy fields and Mount Merapi. This villa is strategically located in many restaurants, coffee shops and as well as mini market along Jalan Palagan and Jalan Gitogati. Its neighborhood is evidently peaceful, comfortable and safe.

THis villa comprises of two bedrooms, where the main bedroom upstairs is completed with an industrial-styled bathroom as well as comforting bath-up. The extra bedroom is located on the first floor with a separated bathroom.

This villa is also complited with a kitchen, living room and bacony along with backyard.
