Twin House Homestay 2

Twin House consits of 2 houses with exactly similar design. This twin house was built in a residential area on Jl.Kaliurang with cool mountain air. Facilities inside the house are completed with comfortable large rooms. This twin home is located in a residential area of Griya Perwita Wisata, not far from the campus of UII with the cool mountain air. Adi Sucipto Airport and the famous Merapi Volcano are a 20-minute drive from the property. It takes 25-minutes to reach Malioboro Street.

Borobudur Temple and Prambanan Temple are a 40-minute drive away. Consists of 2 houses with the exact similar design comes with connecting door for those who want to rent both. The building of the house looks minimalist from the outside with tropical gardens and dominant sweet chocolate paint. Once entering the room, we will be pampered with rooms that are arranged neatly, clean, comfortable, and its cool air. A large TV blends in perfectly with a family room and dining room which can be used as a place to gather with family. A fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils is in the dining room next door. The main room on the first floor is equipped with AC, a private bathroom with hot and cold water.

While on the second floor there are 2 twin-bed bedrooms with AC, a shared bathroom, a drying room and a balcony. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sofa and TV. Airport transfer services are provided at an extra charge. Car rental services are also available.
