The villa is spacious, modern, beautiful, private, clean and tidy. The outdoor garden and pool are amazing. The plants around add to the tropical atmosphere. The room was fresh and comfortable and the toilet was huge a unique and much more than we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location and very close to ambarrukmo plaza. I will definitely stay here again.

Saya menginap 2 malam pada 30 Juni. 2 Juli Tempat yang nyaman untuk staycation bareng keluarga. Kelebihannya adalah desain villa, fasilitasnya lengkap, TV di setiap kamar dan ruang tamu, internet, playstation, cooker, kulkas, kompor, rice cooker, steamer baju, payung, sandal, bebek kolam, bath robe, dll. Lingkungan dan lokasi strategis di pusat kota Jogja, ditambah ada warung madura 24 jam dan warmindo yang menyajikan makanan enak. Keamanan, baik siang dan malam ada penjaga villa yang standby. Admin merespon whatsApp dengan cepat. Keramahan pihak hotel mulai dari penjaga villa, penyedia sarapan dan admin. Parkir memadai untuk 2 mobil. Harga extra bed terjangkau jika pesan langsung ke Ubu Villa. Kekurangannya adalah kamar mandi pengap karena tidak ada exhaust fan. Drain kamar mandi mampet, kalau mandi airnya menggenang. Sabun atau sampo kurang enak. Flush toilet di kamar mandi utama tidak lancar. Tombol flush toilet 1 kamar atas rusak. Bener-bener self service, hari kedua tidak dilakukan housekeeping seperti di hotel. Tanaman rumput akses living room ke kamar utama tidak rapi. Penataan kabel, modem dan stb di meja TV tidak rapi. Secara keseluruhan, nyaman untuk staycation, sekedar berkumpul di villa bersama keluarga. Semoga bisa diperbaiki dan

If they had installed an air conditioner on the first floor, this place would have been more convenient and incredibly comfortable for guests to stay in.
