Stay at your own slice of paradise in this beautifully designed private Bingin villa in Bali, where Mediterranean charm meets tropical island living. As you enter the villa, you're welcomed by a lush courtyard featuring a private plunge pool framed by tropical plants and natural stone walls. A built-in lounge bench provides a cozy nook for sunbathing or reading, while the open-air rain shower tucked into a stone feature wall brings that signature Bali vibe to your everyday routine.

The space
Inside, the villa boasts a bright and airy living area designed with clean lines, natural textures, and soft neutral tones. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly into a modern kitchen and dining space, fully equipped for preparing meals or enjoying local takeout. Sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors and allowing the tropical greenery to become part of the decor.

Upstairs, the serene bedroom features a plush bed dressed in crisp linens, with a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard garden and the charming whitewashed architecture surrounding it. The space is fitted with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and blackout curtains to ensure cool, restful nights after long days exploring the island.
With fast Wi-Fi and a peaceful ambiance, the villa is also ideal for remote work or longer stays. The villa is located just a short scooter ride from Bingin’s best beaches, surf spots, beach clubs, yoga studios, and local cafés. You’re close to the action, yet far enough away to enjoy total privacy and tranquility.

Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.

Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host's control. There is no generator on-site, and refunds will not be provided for this reason.

Kindly note that nature sounds are an integral part of Balinese holidays and culture. Indeed, being on a tropical Island, it is not uncommon to hear or spot animals in the surroundings.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 5pm, self check in is available after 5pm.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
