Pihak property fast respon, tidak perlu bingung mencari makanan karena banyak penjual makanan keliling, fasilitas kitchen juga ada jadi kalau mau masak masak pun mudah, diruang tamu juga disediakan kasur jadi mau 9 orang pun muat. Kamar mandi juga menyediakan air hangat. Cocok untuk kebutuhan berlibur bersama keluarga.
