Villa Pakuk is within easy reach of some of the area’s best restaurants, cafes, shops, and surf. Relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect in total comfort on the island of the gods. Villa Pakuk is an out take on the fusion of Balinese and semi-warehouse style. Modern lines softened by the use of natural materials, green-walls, traditional Bali-red brick and mature palms and gardens.

Pakuk is built to western standard throughout - from foundations to finishes and electrics and plumbing. Designed to suit both the long term resident and the rental market - it features cross breezes, closed and open living area, maids quarters, storage and high speed wifi throughout. Built in 2017 and engineered to Australian standards, Villa Pakuk offers all the comforts of home, combined with the incredible hospitality of Bali. This exclusive-use villa sleeps up to eight guests in four spacious, tastefully-appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms.

Each room has been thoughtfully outfitted with sleek timber floors, crisp linens, and large windows delivering abundant natural light. All rooms include an ensuite bathroom and inviting king-size or twin beds. The master bedroom also features a private terrace, overlooking the pool below.

The social spaces of the villa include an open concept, air-conditioned living/dining area with retractable glass doors that blur the line between indoor and outdoor space. There is a fully-equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine for those who can’t start the day without), a dining table that seats 10, and a breakfast bar for more casual affairs. In the living room, settle into the massive couch and take advantage of the modern entertainment system - Sonos, iPod, Chromecast & regular TV. Or set up by the 10 metre outdoor pool.

Other things to note

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. 

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every four days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 8 people. If you have more person, it would be charged USD 35/pax/night from 2 years old. Maximum 2 extra person allowed.
