Villa yang nyaman utk keluarga besar, utk istirahat enak maksimal 22 pax sdh dengan extra bed, jika tanpa extra bed 17 pax lebih nyaman utk istirahat, penjaga baik, swimming pool besar, hanya alat2 masak kurang dan dapur terpisah, karaoke asyik utk nyanyi ramai2, maksimal sd jam 22.00 wibPopular Facilities

Tidak di perbolehkan menggunakan pengeras suara atau berisik sehingga mengganggu lingkungan sekitar Villa4. Jam malam di batasi setelah jam 22.00 tidak diperkenankan bermain musik ,menyanyi dan aktivitas di area luar villa yg mengganggu lingkungan sekitar.
5. Dilarang membawa binatang peliharaan.6. Tamu menyerahkan Identitas ( KTP) di wakili sebagai penanggung jawab penyewa selama menginap di Villa7. Tamu membaca dan menyetujui seluruh Peraturan Villa sebelum melakukan Reservasi8. Pihak villa berhak membatalkan Reservasi secara sepihak dengan biaya sewa villa menjadi hak pemilik villa jika tamu tidak mengindahkan peraturan Villa
