From the check in to with Elizabeth to check out was a great experience! The hotel has private parking ( included) the breakfast from 8 to 10 am was amazing!! Comfy beds and quiet! The town? Incredible beautiful.

Villa mit schönem Garten, der für die Sommermonate sehr einladend aussah. Unser Zimmer war riesig, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet enthält eine große Auswahl. Zudem super gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof und Zentrum entfernt.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Lucca - located just outside the city walls.Easy to walk into the historic town center. Room was very nice, parking was very convenient and the breakfast was lovely! Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Note that the hotel is easy to find as it is not clearly advertised on the outside!

This was my second stay at this hotel, so clearly I was prepared to stay again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, a real asset. Breakfast is good. Hotel is in a good location and has parking included. Very short walk to the city walls. Reception closes at 6.30pm, and we arrived at 7.30pm. Hotel contacted me with late check-in info on day of arrival, all very easy. The hotel was a great base for us for 4 nights.

Praktisk for de som kommer med egen bil eller tog. Hotellet ligger rett utenfor muren i Lucca så en slipper kaoskjøring innafor muren. Parkering utenfor hotellet veldig hyggelig betjening som snakker godt engelsk. Her reiser vi gjerne igjen!
