This small hotel was an ideal base for our time in Florence, putting us within comfortable walking distance of sites on both sides of the river. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchenette much but it was well equipped.

Perfect location within steps of Uffizi. Coffee and can be made in the kitchenette and leftovers and wine can be stashed in the fridge. The staff was friendly, but you should know they are not available 24 hours. They are only there during business hours. You buzz in the front door with a security code.

The penthouse view is amazing and it’s nice having two rooms and the small kitchen amenities. The view from the patio is the reason to stay here — there is noise from the plaza at night but that’s the trade off for the excellent location. Walk from the train station was doable but a little hard with bigger bags. Red circle is the restaurant patio for the Uffizi gallery.

Quarto amplo e hotel muito bem localizado. Chegamos após o horário limite de check-in e, ao enviar mensagem, fomos prontamente atendidos com orientações claras sobre como retirar a chave do apartamento. No dia seguinte, o atendente nos recebeu com muita simpatia. Além disso, o hotel fica próximo à estação de metrô da cidade. Voltaria com certeza.

It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are very responsive and friendly too . Definitely recommend this place .

Room was fantastic! They without me knowing upgraded me to a beautiful room with a view after I had a horrible travel day which was so kind. It had an incredible view of the plaza. I would 100% come back here again. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! The hotel is at a corner of the Piazza Signoria--walk out the door and look to the right, and the Palazzo Vecchio is right in front of you, 100 yards away. Our room was really a small apartment--bedroom, bath, sitting room, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). There was only one small problem with the room. The hotel is served by a rather antiquated elevator, and sometimes the door would be left open so that the elevator wouldn't respond to a call. But that was only a minor drawback. There are lots of restaurants in the Piazza Signoria. We had breakfast each day at Rudi's Cafe, right next door to the hotel. And just across the street is Rivoire,a restaurant and chocolate shop that served delicious food and delicious desserts.

This is an apartment not really a hotel. Not many services however I think it’s the best location in Florence. I had an amazing view to Piazza Signora. Loved to walk around and felt safe at night.

So convenient, 5 to 10 minutes walking to everything. Staff was extremely helpful. And the restaurant right outside the hotel was great for breakfast and coffee each morning! Definitely stay again!
