I stay often at 5* properties and this one checks every box. I was a bit concerned of staying here without having a car, but it’s very accessible even by a tuk from the train station. When you’re at the property they can arrange private transportation to get you anywhere you need to go as well. The property is beautiful, well maintained and excellent staff that goes out of their way to make the experience wonderful.

The Mazarelli Creative resort is an exceptional property. It is a beautifully renovated villa decorated with excellent taste and functionality. Each room appears to have it’s own entrance and patio area. You are surrounded by fruit and olive trees. It’s so serene. Ciara is a delightful hostess. They serve a delicious breakfast in a lovely outdoor setting. Highly recommend.

Splendidly renovated historical villa in the Apulian countryside surrounded by olive tree groves. The duplex Royal Suite in the property’s tower is absolutely mind blowing with its 360 degree views and the superb terrace. It’s almost like a room in the sky. The excellent cuisine based on local products (2 menu choices for dinner, changing every day) suits the overall tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The staff has been very kind and helpful and it’s been enjoyable to chat with one or the other during the stay. Thank you for providing a memorable experience.

Foi uma surpresa muito agradável Achei que não seria fácil de ir a Polignano a Mare mas eh ,muito perto e a estrada linda foi tudo perfeito A unica coisa que me desagradou foi terem debitado na minha conta o valor das diárias 14 dias antes do check in como todos os hotéis fazem normalmente Mas assim mesmo voltaria

Mazzarelli creative is in a really beautiful area of Puglia, and very convenient to Polignano e Mare and the beaches about an hour south of there. The rooms are very large and spacious and clean. The furniture is totally nice but not luxurious. The dinner there is top notch. One of the two best meals we had. The breakfast offering is a bit lackluster. For example, the scrambled eggs sitting in the hot holder were dried out. I would definitely stay here again overall though.

Outstanding facility and grounds. Stunning pool and views over the countryside. Staff warm and friendly. The food is very good at restaurant. We hated to leave after 3 days. There could be more information about Mr. Mazzarelli, his company and the highlights of surrounding area with a map to guide guests. All to make our time in the area more enjoyable and interesting.

O Hotell fica em um lugar lindo ,uma Zona Rural há 15 minutos de Polignano a Mare ! A recepção foi calorosa ! Os apartamentos de frente para a piscina são espaçosos e confortáveise com limpeza impecável O Hotel é elegante na decoração , staff e gastronomia ! O café da manhã é completo e gentilmente atende aos pedidos extras ! O restaurate tem preço justo e pratos bem elaborados ! Elogio especial para a Deborah ,que está muito bem Preparada para orientar os hóspedes na escolha dos Restaurantes e roteiros , sempre gentil e sorridente ! Nos ajudou em tudo com muita segurança , e sempre acertando Nas sugestões ! Parabéns ! Indicarei e voltarei ao Mazzarelli onde a nossa estada foi maravilhosa !

Thé wifi was pathetic. We were in the Royal Suite but had little, if any signal. As we were going to a family wedding, it was very important to keep in touch. I felt that staff didn’t care and we were told that « it’s in the countryside » well so we’re all the hotels we stayed in on the way through France and Italy. The wedding venue, 2kms away, also i the countryside, had excellent WiFi. Definitely not 5*. We’ve stayed in 5* hotels all round the world and this LOOKs good but is very disappointing. For example, for four nights stay we only had two little bottles of complimentary water the first day when the temperature was about 28 degrees. Toiletries were the same as in Agrotourismo. The design of the room looks good but is totally impractical if you have a lot of luggage. The road to the hotel is like a dirt track, that is, if you manage to find the place. Very difficult to locate. Don’t bother with the restaurant. Thé breakfast area (and restaurant) allows dogs and we saw a dog being sick on the table and then it was allowed to wander back in and approach us. This is a stylish hotel which could be excellent
