Our 2nd time staying here and we love the onsens here! The dinner buffet was delicious and so many food choices! The staff are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks and snacks that were offered everyday. Very convenient access to Yunnessan Waterpark. Lots of entertainment and kid friendly activities. We can't wait to come back again!

It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. The bed is very clean and comfortable. We used both private and public onsen, it was a great experience. We also had kaiseki dinner which was also an amazing experience. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

Logement exceptionnel ! Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, les 2 onsens sont d'une grande qualité avec beaucoup de place. Pour la nourriture il y a plusieurs distributeurs gratuits et surtout des délicieux buffets pour le dîner et petit déjeuner. Le personnel est aimable et souriant et on nous a offert des invitations pour une soirée à l'hôtel et des extras dans le bâtiment voisin L'hôtel est à 20min en bus de la gare Yukomo et proche des attractions touristiques

The staff was super helpful and lovely. The building is beautiful with great views. Having dinner & breakfast included was very relaxing & the food was wonderful. And drinks included! The onsen was right down the hall. Again, so relaxing. The only thing I would have changed was not to take the bus from the station to the hotel. It was super crowded & uncomfortable. Spring for a taxi or Uber.

This was our favourite stay for our whole Japan trip. We stayed at 3 other hotels. This place and area is unbeatable and i wish I would’ve booked a second night. I didn’t know that I would want to live this day again. The staff were ridiculously kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, I asked which bus and where I should take to get to Hakone-Yumi to and she literally left her post and started running to help me catch the bus. My son enjoyed free ice cream from the vending machine (which he loved). The band in the lobby before dinner was such a nice touch. The dinner and breakfast were perfect. Honestly, just the perfect relaxing spot for us. Would go back for sure.

We visited Japan for the first time and stayed for a month. We stayed two nights at this hotel. Wished we had stayed longer. We stayed in 4 star hotels and this one was by far the best. The cable car trip where you see Mt Fuji was the highlight of our entire Japan visit The food was outstanding. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a special pass to the guest lounge that had an amazing view and complimentary wine and snacks.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We loved every minute of our stay at Ten yu. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the room was excellent with all the amenities you didn’t even know you needed. We loved the onsen and especially the 6th floor one. What an experience! I also really loved all their shower products. My hair has never been so shiny and soft! Where can I buy them please?? The free ice cream and the biscuits were excellent provision. The breakfast and dinner at the Buffett were great with lots of choice but I would prefer if they had some different options every day. If you are trying to pack light, don’t worry about carrying make up remover, face wash, razors, hairbrush and even pyjamas or clothes! They provide you with everything including a kimono you can use to walk around property and even during dinner. My only slight issue was that I was supposed to have a food and drink credit which I asked for and they said that as I have dinner included they would provide it with dinner. Well the dinner already had drinks included and they offered us a glass of sparkling wine in addition. I would have preferred to have the choice to use my credit for the lounge to have some cocktails. Overall, extremely satisfied with our stay!
