【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

■ Read below about children policy
Children under the age of 13 can share a bed with adult free of charge.
Due to the system, it may be possible to search beyond the capacity, so please be sure to check the capacity.
If your reservation exceeds the capacity, please add a room or change the room type.

*The property do not provide bedding, towels, or extra beds for children.
*Breakfast for bed-sharing guests is not included. Please purchase at check-in. 7 to 12 years old costs 1400 JPY, free for children under 7 years old.

■According to Osaka Prefectural Ordinance, accommodation tax will be charged separately at check-in.
JPY 5,000 to JPY 14,999: JPY 200 per person per night
JPY 15,000〜 JPY 19,999: JPY 400 per person per night
JPY 20,000〜: JPY 500 per person per night
Reservations made with prepayment will also be charged at check-in.

Minors (persons under 18 years of age, or those considered minors under the laws of their place of residence) are not allowed to make reservations. Please have a parent or guardian make the booking.
■Regarding Cashless Payments Within the Hotel (Effective March 1, 2026)

Starting March 1, 2026, all payments within our hotel will be cashless.
We will no longer be able to accept cash payments.
